Assignment (presentation) completed and submitted. It was a lot of work. I spent a lot of time "hunting" for information on Amazon.com. I did not request information from the company.

Week 2 assignment in progress

I just spent some time searching for articles and other resources in the NCU library. When I started the search, I was thinking of selecting the Carmax 'sale of unrepaired, open recalls' problem for the presentation (an article on this: http://www.latimes.com/business/autos/la-fi-hy-carmax-recalled-car-sales-20150610-story.html). I finally decided on a pricing problem (not for Carmax). This is better because I have evidence of the use of data mining for the decision. This should be an interesting assignment.

Just finished the post

I started about an hour ago - I prepared a draft of the post, then made edits, then read it again, made some more edits (to meet the word limit etc.). I finally entered and submitted the post in the student area. Here it is:
